Appointments

Our patients are seen by appointment only and are scheduled to make the most of your time.  We reserve a specific time for your child, and we make every effort to see you at the appointed time. Unexpected delays to the schedule may occur and your patience is greatly appreciated.  Each child may require more time than others, and we ask for your understanding in that your child may be the next one needing extra attention.  Every attempt will be made to see your child for any dental emergency that day.

Younger patients, preschool children and patients needing extensive dental treatment are preferably seen in the morning when they are rested, attentive and in a better mood. We are aware school is important, and so is your child's oral health. Studies have shown that children in dental pain miss more days in school and lose concentration in class. Since our practice is limited to school-age children, it is not possible to give everyone an after school appointment. We will be happy to provide a printed excuse letter as they return to school.

Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.
